We have a highly experienced management team with backgrounds in complex diagnosis support provision, to ensure participants are supported effectively and appropriately. We understand that every person is unique and will experience and react to things differently to other people. Challenging Behaviours:

We work with participants who have challenging behaviours and may have a Behavioural Support Plan (BSP). We work closely with Behavioural Practitioners to support the participants with strategies to help regulate their emotions, while also creating a supportive environment with routine.

 

 We collaborate with community service organisations and health professionals to ensure that participants, families and caregivers are receiving all the service requirements and support they need. All AWS services focus on community inclusion and we are committed to ensuring all the people we service have opportunities to fully participate in the community, without stigma and discrimination.
